Donations

• • All donations made to SainiShakti Foundation are treated as voluntary contributions toward our charitable projects
• • Donations once made are generally non-refundable.
• • Tax receipts and acknowledgments will be issued for all eligible donations.

Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• • Duplicate Payment: If a donor accidentally makes the same payment more than once.
• • Technical Error: If an incorrect amount has been charged due to a technical glitch in the payment gateway.
• • Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made fraudulently or without the donor’s authorization.

In such cases:

• • A written refund request must be submitted to support@sainishaktifoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.
• • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original source of payment.

Event or Program Fees (If Applicable)

If you register for a specific event or training program organized by SainiShakti Foundation:

• • Cancellation requests received 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).
• • No refunds will be provided if the event has already taken place or services have been utilized.

Non-Refundable Contributions

• • Donations made in response to specific campaigns, appeals, or ongoing projects are non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to those causes.
• • Contributions made in cash or via offline methods are also non-refundable.
